SHIPPING POLICY

depending on demand + current available stock, certain items can have different processing times. Most orders can be expected to  process within 3-7 business days. All items that are indicated as a preorder will have a longer processing time that will vary. all preorder details including the expected processing time can be found in that particular product's description. We ship Canada wide through Canada Post, once the package arrives to our shipping provider, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. Due to covid-19 there may be delays in shipping times, please note that all shipping times are estimated + not guaranteed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, once your package has shipped, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

MQ Florals does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. If there's an issue with your package please reach out immediately to bonjour@mqflorals.com with your order number + information. One of our customer service reps will be in touch asap so we can have it corrected for you.

If damage has occurred to your package due to courier mishandling during shipping please include photo proof of damage so that we can file a formal complaint.
