SHIPPING + RETURNS
 

Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive confirmation please email + notify us right away. Processing can take up to 3-7 business days + you will be notified again once your order has been shipped with your tracking number included. DUE TO COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping times.
 

LOCAL PICKUP - We have a contactless pickup box located at our home studio in Hillier, ON. If you’d like to pickup your order free of charge, a processing time of 3-7 business days still applies. you will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup along with pickup box instructions.

LOCAL DELIVERY - If you reside in Prince Edward County, Belleville, Foxboro, Stirling, Trenton, Frankford or Brighton, Ontario you can opt for our local delivery service. Local deliveries take place every Monday & a $5.00 delivery charge is applied. We ask that you leave your full + accurate address in the comments section when checking out along with any drop off details we may need. If there are any changes to your delivery date you will be notified VIA email.

SHIPPING - We currently offer shipping throughout Canada via Canada Post. All orders placed over $100 qualify for free shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimated & once the package arrives to our shipping provider, delivery times are out of our control. We will always do our best to process & ship your order in a timely manner. All in stock items have a processing time of 3-7 business days. Preorder items will vary, please find all details of the preorder in the information box of your desired item.
