Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation email, if you do not receive confirmation please email + notify us right away. Processing can take up to 3-7 business days + you will be notified again once your order has been shipped with your tracking number included. DUE TO COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping times.

LOCAL PICKUP - We have a contactless pickup container located at our home studio in Hillier, ON. If you’d like to pickup your order free of charge, a processing time of 3-7 business days still applies. You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup container instructions.

LOCAL DELIVERY - If you reside in Prince Edward County, Belleville, Foxboro, Stirling, Trenton, Frankford, Brighton, or surrounding areas you may opt for our local delivery service. Local deliveries take place every Monday + a $5.00 delivery charge is applied. We ask that you leave your full + accurate address in the comments section when checking out along with any drop off details we may need. When ordering fresh florals you must ensure there will be someone available to receive the delivery. If someone is not available to receive the delivery our driver will do their best to leave the florals in a safe area but we will not be able to guarantee the quaity of the florals. If there are any changes to your delivery date you will be notified VIA email.

SHIPPING - We currently offer shipping throughout Canada via Canada Post for al of our dried/preserved floral arrangements + home goods, fresh florals unfortunately cannot be shipped at this time. All orders placed over $150 qualify for free shipping. Please note that delivery times are estimated + once the package arrives to our shipping provider, delivery times are unfortunately out of our control. We will always do our best to process + ship your order in a timely manner. All in stock items have a processing time of 3-7 business days. Pre-order items will vary, please find all details of the pre-order in the information box of your desired item.
